The youngest of the Baltic states. 
Seems to be the most sensitive of the three, and the most easily intimidated by stronger nations; especially by Russia [whom he had a series of unfortunate histories with]. Had tried and failed to oppose Russia various times, and in the end he became afraid of him; making his stutters become more obvious when Russia is present. Often attempts to get on Russia's good side and please him under Soviet rule, but his innocent bluntness only succeeded in getting him in trouble. Likes to read romance novels whenever he has some time to spare, and hang out with his brothers [if he has any. HA!]. Tried to be friends with micronations, like Sealand, and had attempted to act as an older brother figure to him, but finds it difficult due to his own shyness. Is a heavy drinker; despite of his somewhat innocent face. He's way underage, of course. But on one of Hima's official notes, he was said to be able to drink up to 40 jugs at his best before he gets drunk. Has a very timid, pessimistic nature; but enjoys singing and dancing to the point of hosting annual festivals with the other Baltic nations. Just for your information, the more comfortable he is with someone, the less he will stutter and shake. So when you get to the point of being close to him, he will stop to do both; becoming a normal though awfully shy little boy. When he feels threatened or frightened, it will take him no time to be back to that nervous state again. So basically you can guess what he thinks of you from how nervous he is when you're around. Also seems to be the one with the worst luck among the three, making him prone to accidents even in the most peaceful areas.~*~*~

[[What is your favorite situation/theme/genre of an RP, and why? ouo
I'm just curious, honestly, since I found some people wrote more enthusiastically when I RP with them in a certain situation/theme/genre. I love long things to read and to reply to, see <3 I'd like to try and RP with you on that particular situation/theme/genre if I can =u= And by the way, I try not to be judgmental, I always try. A week ago, as the boy wandered around the slightly snowy countryside, a small fairy-like creature tapped him once on each shoulders and as a result, Latvia is infected with "Joy"...which sent him to a blissfully happy mood for a week. So, now, there he was, skipping along the local park in white hoodies and maroon shorts, humming cheerful songs as he passed through people on the street.
And then he saw you.
"Ahem~ I-it's such a nice day, i-isn't it?" He asked with a smile and a slight tilt of his head.
